The formation of Top Arts Design was the product of overwhelming feedback from our clients, wanting to see a wider scope of services.

Greatway Design Construction & Magicwoods Pte Ltd serve as in-house Masonary and Carpentry companies under the Top Arts Design brand. This means we can provide customers a safer, higher quality and affordable experience.
OUR PROCESS
1. ENGAGE
On receiving the enquiry, we would arrange to call or meet you to understand your needs for the project. For larger scale projects, we would prefer organize a meet to deeper understand the project right to its fine details.
During the session, we will listen to needs and requirements. To do so, we will be required to ask multiple questions to better discern your wants and needs. If you require guidance or any clarification, you may also bring up questions or problems that you might be concerned with, and we will do our best to give analyse and give you the appropriate solutions to your problems. Through this communication, we hope to have a highly interactive meeting to properly identify and interpret your design requirements.
2. Planning
After the initial meeting, we provide a quotation based on your requirements. Here at Top Arts Design, we understand that time is of essence. Therefore, we will provide the quotations in advance, prior to setting up a second meet if required. We want to make sure you are comfortable with the quotation before meeting again.
During the second meeting, we will prepare some plans and details, proposing ideas and designs tailored to your brief. We will also explain and clarify any issues you have doubts with. On request, we also advice clients on renovation budgeting and planning. Through this, we'd hope to help you visualize what we've designed by providing clear plans and directions for the project.
3. Proposal & Sourcing
Upon confirmation of the project, we will work on the 3D renders and guide you along material and color selections. On top of that, we would also discuss design and color schemes of the furniture, kitchen ware, sanitary ware, light fittings, etc., since these are usually purchased by the clients themselves.
However, on request, we are able to provide sourcing services, while providing our suggestions as well. This service includes liaising with suppliers and arranging delivery should you require the support. We hope to ensure all planning and selections are taken care of, easing you from the stress of selecting and purchasing, preventing any items missed out.
4. Renovation & Report
After the renovation date has been fixed, the team will execute in accordance to the planned work schedule provided. We will also provide site progress photos for large scale projects to keep clients updated on the progress of the works. We will inform you of any changes to the scope of work due to any unforeseen circumstances. Overall, it is hope to keep the renovation progress smooth, minimizing any issues along the way.
5. Completion
Upon completion, we will arrange a walk-through inspection, identifying all the defects during the renovation. Rectification works will be arranged and completed within two weeks upon hand over unless stated. Any further defects found after the inspection will be rectified within two weeks from the day it was found. A warranty of one year (from the hand over date) will be provided. We hope to keep in touch with you, providing after sales services, understanding that is it important to all our clients.
